The Challenges
Jacquelyn and Eric struggled to create a cohesive online presence for Newburgh Mercantile, despite working with two previous web designers and investing thousands of dollars. Their business was left with an incomplete website, making it difficult for customers to find and connect with them. They felt frustrated and unsupported by past designers who lacked organization and didn’t include them in the process.
